International Students

International students must also meet the following requirements:

English Proficiency	Students from non-English-speaking countries must score at least 575 on the TOEFL, and must take the IELTS Step Test Pre-1^st and IELTS Band 6.5 to verify English proficiency.
Transcript Evaluation (optional)	Official transcripts translated to English OR a transcript evaluation completed from World Education Service or Educational Credential Evaluators.

International students are not eligible for federal financial aid. Though you can complete an online program while living outside the U.S., online study with Scranton does not qualify you to apply for, transfer, or extend a visa.
