Students attending a SHRM aligned program, like The University of Scranton’s MS in Human Resources Management, will be eligible to apply for the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam beginning in Winter 2017.
- Students must be in their final year of the HR program
- Must be able to provide proof of a minimum of 500 hours of relevant HR experience
- Program will be in effect December 1, 2017 – February 15, 2018

The name change to Master of Science in Human Resources Management will take effect in Fall Semester of 2018 and apply to students beginning their program on or after the Fall 2018 term. Students who are admitted prior to that term will graduate with the original program name, Master of Science in Human Resources.
