Prepare for Your Future

This course addresses the many topics as covered in SHRM’s Assurance of Learning® Assessment for graduating Human Resources student, including employee relations, strategy, compensation, and training.

You’ll create written works consisting of a clear and logical progression of points through professionally written, scholarship-based, and comprehensive analyses of the human resources-related situations presented in the cases.

In a class made up of current and aspiring human resources professionals, you’ll share with each other your experiences related to focus areas in which research has shown that improved skill development is still needed.

Lastly, you’ll use this course as a springboard for continuing your own personal development by either updating the seven leadership competencies or the leadership inventory items that were presented in HR 500 Organizational Behavior and Leadership. You’ll reflect on the knowledge gained and the skills developed during your time in this program to create future development plans.

Sample Assignment
